Newsletter (MINI) BELIZE TIDBITS---MARCH 2006 I realize that I just sent out a newsletter, but I thought I should notify anyone looking at Sittee River property, that there will be a price increase next month. Effective March 15, 2006, the Sittee River lots will be priced at $39,900 USD each. Should anyone want to take advantage of the $34,900 price now and cannot go before March 15 to actually inspect the property; we will allow them until August 15 to trade for any other Sittee River lot. Contact me if you would like more information or have any other questions. We still offer financing on all of our properties (20% down, 8.5% for twenty years). Belize Factor---Years ago, there were very few car rental agencies in Belize. One company turned the operation over to one of the sons. The son realized that there was a big market for automobile parts, so he started selling various parts from his rental fleet. In about a year, he had no vehicles to rent. Only in Belize.
