Hope the New Year has been good to everyone. I want to take this opportunity to share some "Words of Wisdom" from one of our clients. He is planning another trip to Belize and sent me his planned agenda for the trip:

1. Avoid Negative Humans. (Retired people have way too much time on their hands).
2. Avoid footwear as much as possible.
3. Drink copious amounts of beer and rum.
4. Do not touch or think about a computer, cell phone or fax machine.
5. Nap Daily.
6. Do some fishing and diving.
7. Plant some more fruit trees.
8. Avoid any kind of schedule or stress.
9. Drink copious amounts of beer and rum. (Ops that must be a priority)

I thought it was both noteworthy and humorous.

As some of you are already aware, the company sold the last beachfront property in Section 4. Just a reminder, that we still have a nice inventory of ocean view and riverfront properties to sell. Just a reminder, do not forget Valentines Day. I asked my significant other this weekend where she would like to go for dinner on Valentines Day. She replied with a serious look, she would like to go to "Paris". I then asked her if we could go on the weekend instead of the 14^th. She smiled and said "Certainly" with a puzzled look on her face. It was then that I reminded her that we could drive to Paris, Texas in about 5 hours. We then settled on a place in Austin.
